Strengthening schools from within

I would like to thank everyone who as supported me on my campaign thus far; for everyone who shared their thoughts about our amazing district, for every neighbor who opened their door on my campaign trail, for everyone who watched the candidate forum and for everyone who has hosted a yard sign. 

I have been meeting with community groups throughout my campaign - parent organisations, community organisations and our teacher union, as I want to ensure that the community knows I am here to serve all members of our community.

My outreach and listening with teachers led me to  be considered for an endorsement. I am very honored to be endorsed and I complied with the requests from our teachers’ union, which was to submit responses to questions designed by our teachers. My responses were then shared with teachers and a decision was made to endorse based on my responses.

I was unaware that not all candidates were invited to submit questions. I greatly respect our teachers and their work, but if I had been aware of this prior to submitting my questions, I would have requested that all candidates receive the questions.

I am here to serve all members of the Ardsley Community and I wanted to bring this matter to your attention.

My campaign has been forthright, honest, and has focused on education in Ardsley. 

As I continue to listen to our community, my four priorities have resonated across our district and I am affirmed that I will lead our district with heart and integrity!
