Priorities
Matt has four priorities for his candidacy:
Listening to Learn
Matt is willing to put in the time, effort and energy to listen to the Ardsley community and learn about their children and what children need to succeed and thrive in Ardsley.
Communication
Matt will work to translate educational jargon into language all families can understand and use to support their children.
Matt will work to clarify communications so that the information is organized and streamlined.
Matt will create and support policies that ensure timely responses to issues.
Fiscal Stewardship
Matt will use what he learns from listening to the community to inform the school budget.
Matt will continue the work of the current school boar to inform the community about the budget and how the budget is developed.
Transitions
Matt will create and support policies that clarify and support students as they transition between our schools.
